Debbie Faculjak

Debbie Faculjak is a retired computer scientist from Sandia National Laboratory.  Since the age of 21, Debbie has used a wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury.  Despite her disability and sever chronic pain, Debbie has been a strong leader, compassionate advocate and insightful visionary of disability ministry.  Speaking fluent Spanish has equipped Debbie to be an effective Joni and Friends liaison to Peru and Argentina. 
 
Debbie has a strong passion for the hearts of women whose lives are affected by disability.  She co-leads a women’s Bible-study/support group and annually serves as the liaison to families attending the New Mexico Joni and Friends Family Retreat.  Her personal testimony of God’s strength that shows up best in our weakness gives her a platform to minister to many who suffer.
